If you need someone to talk to, The Samaritans listen. This is a 24/7 telephone service to support people, especially those with suicidal ideation and low mood as well.

Sometimes writing down your thoughts and feelings can help you understand them better. This can be done in an email to jo@samaritans.org and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. Alternatively you can also write to them using: Freepost SAMARITANS LETTERS as the address. 

The Samaritans have a self-help app which can be used to record your mood every day, look for patterns in mood, store images of hope and make a personal safety plan. More details can be found at: www.samaritans.org
