Crossfit Bude promote inclusivity for all and their focus is on passion, community and team work. They welcome everyone of any level, from athletes to those who have never stepped foot in a gym.
Crossfit Bude work hard to ensure everyone feels supported whatever their goal. They run specific kids, teens and over 55 sessions as well as their usual Crossfit classes. They actively support the LGBTQ+ community and promote inclusivity for everyone.
