Providing a range of universal, targeted and specialist services to Young People aged 11-19 and those up to 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Cornwall. Kernow Connect will provide support that enables young people to meet friends, have someone to talk to and be listened to, whilst having fun and feeling happy.

You will be able to meet the team, find out what's on offer in your community, provide useful links and information.

Make a referral

A referral is required for our specialist services (young people aged 11 - 19 years and those up to 25 with special educational needs and disabilities), if you are working with a professional speak to them about referring you or you can self refer.
