Forget the hassle of coordinating trains, driving, or hunting for hotel deals. We’ve secured a block booking to London Pride, and a dedicated coach to take us there and back in comfort.

Everything is handled for you—just book your spot, hop on the coach, and enjoy the trip.

Spaces are strictly limited to 50 seats. First come, first served!

 

Purchase includes:

• Friday coach travel from Cornwall to the hotel

• Friday night and Saturday night in a Premier Inn in Hammersmith, London

• Breakfast at the hotel on the Saturday morning and Sunday morning

• Sunday coach travel from the hotel to Cornwall

By submitting your payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings are final. Because we have subcontracted the hotel and coach services based on a fixed block rate, no refunds will be issued for any reason (including illness or personal change of plans). We strongly recommend guests obtain personal travel insurance.

2. Minimum Occupancy ("Go/No-Go"): This trip is contingent on reaching minimum participant numbers to cover total costs. If the trip is not viable by 1st June 2026, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and provide a full refund. Our liability is limited to the refund of the booking fee only.

3. Prompt Departure (The "Missed Coach" Rule): The coach will depart strictly at the scheduled times. It is the guest's responsibility to be at the departure point 15 minutes early. If you miss the coach, you are responsible for arranging and funding your own alternative transport. No refunds or price reductions will be provided.

4. Subcontracted Services: We act as the lead booker for Premier Inn, Hammersmith and Roselyn Coaches. We are not liable for service failures, mechanical breakdowns, or property damage caused by these third-party providers.

5. Damage & Conduct: Guests are personally liable for any damage caused to the coach or hotel property. Any fines (e.g., for smoking in rooms) or repair costs levied by subcontractors will be billed directly to the responsible individual.

6. Transfer of Booking: While we do not offer refunds, you may transfer your spot to another person. Please notify the organiser by the 1st of June 2026.

7. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, road closures, or industrial action).
