Using Cornwall Pride’s website is open to all members of the public. The website is constantly being updated and information may from time to time become out of date. This is rectified as soon as possible.
Throughout the website, all images are either owned by us, or provided to us by Pride goers with implied permission that we may use them as Cornwall Pride CIC see fit. Some images are sourced from Pixaby and are all open to us to use as required as per their terms and conditions.

Our logo has been specifically designed for us and is unique to Cornwall Pride and is subject of a UK trademark and the Trademarks Act 1994. Usage of the logo is permitted in only certain circumstances, provided that Cornwall Pride CIC are aware and have consented in its use. You can view the Corporate Identity Guidelines here to see how the logo is permitted to be used.
The use of the logo in any racist, homophobic, biphobic, transphobic or any other obscene, degrading way or where it does or may bring Cornwall Pride CIC into disrepute or conflict with Cornwall Pride’s aims, mission, values or company operation is strictly prohibited.
Failure to observe these logo guidelines may result in permissions, if provided, to be revoked and possible legal action.
