The CHAOS Group, based in Mid Cornwall, is a B Corp certified organisation dedicated to delivering impactful health and social care services alongside a variety of community-focused initiatives. Their work spans community radio, horticulture, social prescribing, and food sustainability.

- CHAOS Radio: Launched in 2023, this community radio station provides a platform for local voices, sharing news, music, and stories to engage and uplift the community.
- CHAOS at Eden: A horticulture project within the Eden Project grounds, offering therapeutic activities for adults with physical and emotional impairments, while contributing produce to local food banks.
